Order & Payment

How can I order?

Orders can be placed as a guest or with a customer account. Place the desired items in the shopping cart and click on “Checkout” or go directly to the checkout via the item page.

How can I track my order?

After shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number to track your order.

How can I change my order?

Subsequent adjustments are possible subject to reservation until the time of dispatch. Please contact us via our ticket system or our live support.

How can I pay?

The following payment methods are available in our online shop: credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can easily cancel it via our customer service.

Can I view or collect goods on site?

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we do not offer collection or viewing of items in our warehouse.

Delivery & Shipping

How long is the delivery time?

Our delivery time is usually 5-7 working days. If you have any questions about the availability of goods or if you have a larger order requirement, please contact our customer service.

Which shipping service provider is used to send the goods?

Our parcels are shipped reliably with FedEx.

When will my order arrive?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification by e-mail. We will then inform you regularly about the current shipment status. If you have any questions, our customer service team will be happy to help you.

Returns & complaints

How do I send an item back (return)?

To request a return or register a warranty claim, please click on “Refund policy” and follow the steps described there.

Is the return shipment free of charge?

Returns are of course possible free of charge.

How long can I return my order?

The return period is 14 days from receipt of the goods

How do I exchange an item?

For an exchange, please contact our customer service. They will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

I have received a defective/wrong item - what can I do?

In this case, please contact our customer service so that we can arrange a replacement or another solution as quickly as possible.

How do I report a warranty claim?

You can easily report a warranty claim within the 18-month warranty period directly via our customer service.
