"Rotating chimney smoke extractor with round base made of stainless steel AISI 304, single-walled exterior connection. Ball diameter: 20 cm, height: 27 cm, hose connection diameter: 10 cm.
This wind chimney made of stainless steel consists of an upper part that rotates around an axis and is suitable for all purposes of wind-driven smoke extraction. It is activated by the wind or by the heat of the air below.
The rotating chimney with a round stainless steel base is also used wherever room ventilation is required, such as in warehouses, technical rooms, etc. Regular annual maintenance with oil added to the bearing cylinder is recommended. WARNING: Improper installation, such as with too low chimneys, can cause deformation or melting of the smoke extractor.
Install at the end of the extractor. Secure well with anchors, rivets, or hose clamps, do not use only silicone adhesive. The wind extractor solves the smoke problem in the house by increasing the airflow; it is ideal as an extractor for stoves and fireplaces and for expelling kitchen vapors and smoke. It is also used for ventilation in bathrooms, toilets, and septic tanks. Provides air exchange in the room, even when the chimney is off; furthermore, it allows for ventilation of apartments with occasional use. It can also be used for condensation-free attic ventilation as well as in greenhouses, farms, and industrial warehouses.
MAINTENANCE BECOMES EVEN MORE NECESSARY WHEN THE ASPIRATOR IS INSTALLED: A: In ducts with high-temperature air outlet, which can dry out the lubricant from the bushing with the bearings. B: in wood-burning fireplaces, which can leave significant soot or tar deposits that can block the bearings and rotation of the pull rod. DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Loosen the nut on the rotating ball 2) Remove the rotating ball and remove the seat on the rod 3) Remove the cuff 4) Fill the oil tank with brake fluid or high-temperature flow oils."
